THREE & SEVEN Returns

If a return is required, the following guidelines apply:

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a garment fault), alternative solutions such as repair or exchanges can be arranged.

International Returns

International returns are accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

THREE & SEVEN does not cover customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs associated with international returns.

It is recommended that returns be sent using a trackable service.

Please contact the Brand Experience Team prior to shipping to confirm return details and documentation requirements.

Domestic Returns

Returns within Australia are accepted for a flat fee of AUD $10, which will be deducted from your refund.

A return shipping label will be provided upon request.

To initiate a return, contact the Brand Experience Team with your order number.

Refunds

Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
