Carrier: Australia Post international partners

Taxes & Duties: An international order may incur local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the delivery fee. Failure to pay within the requested timeframe will result in the order being returned to THREE & SEVEN and a re-delivery fee will be required to attempt delivery again. 

Domestic Orders

Complimentary delivery service for all orders within Australia.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

Carrier: Australia Post

Note: Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery of your order. If this cannot be achieved, the driver will leave a delivery card at your nominated delivery address detailing how and when the delivery can be collected. If order is not collected or returned to THREE & SEVEN a re-delivery fee will be required to attempt delivery again.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During periods of high demand, dispatch times may be extended slightly.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent via email once the order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. If tracking details are not received within 3 business days of purchase, please contact THREE & SEVEN Brand Experience Team.
